ZEN was one of the winners of the Santa Catarina for Education Award, granted by FIESC (Federation of Industries of the State of Santa Catarina). The manufacturer won in the category Corporate Education (large company), with the program Construindo meu Futuro (Building my Future). "We continuously invest in the improvement and professional training of our employees. Conquering this award, along with important companies and State entities, proves that we are on the right track," celebrates Gilberto Heinzelmann, CEO of ZEN.
Projects
The Building My Future program was created in November 2013 and encompasses the Multiply and Click projects. At first, technical and behavioral topics related to the company strategy are discussed in courses developed and taught by the employees themselves. Since its implementation, until July of this year, the program had 22,520 participations.
In the Click project, which also highlights behavioral issues, participants can join in two ways: by attending video sessions or lectures, led by a facilitator. The company's objective is to ignite participants' insights on topics such as innovation, creativity, leadership and the search for self-development, which are fundamental skills for a professional to excel in the work environment. "ZEN acknowledges the importance of its human capital and knows that only with qualified and trained professionals will it be able to produce and meet the requirements of the industry, while remaining increasingly competitive in the market," said Schirlei Knicks Freitas, Human Resources Manager .
